Legal & Campaign Disclosure

Campaign finance disclosure, accuracy commitments, and the fine print behind NYCHA PARTY.

Campaign disclosure

Paid for by NYCHA PARTY.

This website is a political communication of the NYCHA PARTY campaign. It is not authorized by or coordinated with any other candidate or committee. Campaign finance filings and disclosures will be published here in accordance with New York State law once available.

Accuracy of policy claims

This site references figures — including the $75,000 homeownership benefit, 300+ NYCHA homeowners through the FHA Homes Program, HPD HomeFirst grants, Habitat for Humanity NYC projects, and the Chicago Housing Authority's $20,000 down-payment grant. These figures are provided to the best of our knowledge and are reviewed for accuracy by the campaign before publication. If you spot an error, tell us and we will correct it promptly.

Not legal or financial advice

Nothing on this site is legal, tax, or mortgage advice. Homeownership programs, income limits, and funding are subject to change and to final legislation. Consult a licensed counselor, lender, or attorney before making financial decisions.

Donations

Donation processing will comply with New York State campaign finance law, including contribution limits and public disclosure. See the donate page for status.
